InfoSec 3001 · Privacy & cookies
Updated: 20 September 2026 · Applies to infosec.3001.co.kr
Operated by 3001 LABS (삼공공일랩스). Contact hi@3001.co.kr about information handled by this site.
Reading lessons and saving progress
You can read the public lessons without registering. Completion marks, bookmarks, reading positions and display preferences are stored in your current browser. Progress is not automatically synchronized to another device and is not a certification of your skills. Use My learning to clear learning records, or delete this site’s data in your browser. Deleting browser data may permanently remove your saved progress.
Daily visitors and active time
Our own statistics count daily distinct browsers per site, public page views, foreground time and lesson interactions. A site-only temporary cookie named labs3001_daily expires at midnight in Korea (UTC+9). The statistics server keeps only hashes used for same-day deduplication; cleanup runs every 30 seconds after the date changes. Aggregate totals are kept for 90 days. The 7-day and 30-day visitor figures are sums of daily counts. We do not link dates, sites, devices or accounts. The statistics store does not keep IP addresses, search terms, answers, scores, progress or written content. Hidden tabs and unfocused windows are excluded from active time. Existing opt-outs and browser GPC/DNT signals are respected. Browsers blocking the cookie are excluded from distinct visitor counts. Earlier identifier-based records expire under their existing retention schedule and are not linked to the new totals. Server access logs, login and learning records, advertising and Google privacy choices remain separate.
Requests, security logs and issue reports
Providing and protecting the website can involve processing request time, path, response status, IP address and browser information. The issue report form sends the subject, page URL and issue description to the operator. It does not ask for a reply address. If you email us, we also receive your email address and message. Do not submit passwords, tokens, personal documents or other sensitive information. We use reports and messages to investigate problems and respond where possible. Operational logs and reports are kept as needed for those purposes; the 90-day period above applies specifically to optional usage statistics, not every record.
Change to our own usage totals
From September 28, 2026, Google Analytics is enabled only after this browser allows visit statistics. Use the visit statistics settings on this page to allow or decline. Answers, written text, learning progress and search terms are not sent by our analytics code.
Read how Google uses information from partner sites and the Google Analytics opt-out information.
Google AdSense and advertising choices
Selected learning pages contain AdSense code. Advertising depends on Google’s site approval, ad settings and availability. We exclude functional screens and lessons that have not been selected for advertising. Google and the advertising partners listed in the applicable consent message may process cookies, device identifiers and advertising information to deliver, measure and limit ads and prevent fraud. Depending on your choices and regional requirements, advertising may be personalized, non-personalized or limited. A non-personalized ad may still use storage for permitted purposes.
For eligible visitors, Google’s published consent message offers Consent, Do not consent and Manage options. The shared 3001.co.kr message identifies the operator as 3001 LABS. The footer’s “Ad privacy choices” link takes you to a page with Google’s consent controls so that you can reopen applicable choices. Where a US state privacy message applies, use its “Do not sell or share” control. You can continue learning after refusing optional consent. Browser blocking, your region and Google’s message availability can affect which controls appear.
See Google advertising technologies, My Ad Center and Google’s privacy policy. Google and its partners process information under their own policies and may process it outside your country.
Your choices and questions
You can change optional statistics settings, use the Google privacy controls when available, and delete or block cookies and site storage in your browser. Some settings affect saved progress or embedded services. For questions or requests concerning access, correction or deletion of information held directly by 3001 LABS, email the contact above with the relevant page and a brief explanation. Avoid including credentials. Requests concerning Google-held information can also be made through Google’s privacy tools. Available rights and how requests are handled depend on the applicable rules and the information involved.
